Welcome to the Heavens of Campau and Kettle Lake, located in Alto Michigan, "A Retreat for the Mind, Soul, Body, and Spirit." The Roberts Resort is a beautifully waterfall landscaped lakeside resort/cottage that is more than a great place to relax and has excellent lake access for all sports fishing and family or friend gathering of larger groups or smaller groups.

This not a cottage but a Resort, with brilliant blue metal roof this massive but elegant structure is jaw dropping. You will be able to look out over all the cottages from the 4th floor deck, as you sun bath as you wish! This lake front suite is excellent for fishing, canoeing, tubing, and swimming. Your youngest will be able to catch fish with a net if you drop bread into the water and take time to teach them. The Cottage also features a lakeside patio with a hammock to relax or play volleyball or horse shoes or polish horse shoes and later sing by the fire. Your choices are many available for evening or daytime relaxation or excitement. We have Grills for BBQ on both ground and upper level, an excellent place to unwind or play all the games as a mini tournament for all guests to participate as teams.

There are also many golf courses in the general vicinity, horse ranches, and a kids bounce party location. The interior of the resort features master bedroom (upstairs level three) that has a king-size bed, TV and master bath that is equipped with a jacuzzi that fills as the water drops from the ceiling, and steamer shower, to top it off this bathroom has a fireplace. There are two other bedrooms and one bedroom / office level also has 2 bedrooms and office bedroom for surfing online. This level also has the hot tub on deck lakeside. The main floor living room has a wrap around couch that seats a dozen or so and the kitchen food bar is set up to seat 6 - 8 people alone. This open floor plan allows a small group of 18 - 20 to all eat in comfort for the main meal, as you watch a slide show of the last years trip or past days events on a 42 inch plasma located just above a gas fireplace or even higher above the plasma a projection screen 96 inches approx. This main floor has any light scheme you can imagine, with fully loaded surround sound set up for 7.2 system in ceilings and walls. The resort has 2 heat/ac systems that keep you comfortable on any one of the four levels.

You are set up with cable TV, VCR, DVD player, and stereo and are fully furnished and some levels have all the movie channels. There are only two more levels to explain. The lower level is fully functional as a separate unit. Lakeside you have a kitchen and deck under the other deck and sandbox under the step landing. The 54-inch television with wrap around couch/bed, full bath and 2 bedrooms in front of the game room with a pool table and sound proof room. The last level is the 4th floor located above the house has a deck to view for miles. The forts lead through tunnels back to the bedrooms below. The pin pong table setting in front of the fireplace located next to the pin ball machine set in front of a 3/4 kitchen that sets aside a 1/2 bath. Step throughout the resort are all carpeted and are all only half-length of a full run for safety of children. Laundry this unit has a center located on the 3rd and 1st floor. Many other things to mention like an intercom throughout the house and iron wall mount, the waterfall and landscaping, massive amounts of glass on decks and view of the 4th floor from the main floor.

The Heavens of Campau is located on two lakes Kettle and Campau aprox 4 miles long, Campau Lakes West side just across from the public access. The resort has an added spot across the street for off street parking and is located on a dead end for lack of unwanted traffic, although you get a few drive by just to see this structure. Built in 2004 in less than one year, designed by Frank and Cheryl as their Michigan resort, while out yachting had picked this perfect steel blue roof and the rest just fell into place. This has top of the line everything and is foam insulated to conserve our energy, for heat or cold adjustments. The resort is located 20 miles southeast of Grand Rapids and 45 miles from Lake Michigan. This is a great getaway from the city but also close to the entire city Conveniences. Water craft rental policies

1. Reservations will be made on a first come first serve basis, your deposit will lock in your equipment and weather patterns will not allow for a refund or cancel of your reservation. Fuel charges for unfilled fuel tanks $25 for each 6 gallon coach

2. Response to a reservation request will be done on a daily basis. If a response is not received within 24 hours please resubmit or call us at (616) 437-1687.

3. Must be at least 21 years old to rent or operate Jetski’s. Valid ID required.

4. Must be at least 21 years old to rent Pontoons, Pedal boats, and other watercraft.

5. Operating Gun Lake Rental equipment while under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

6. Lessee is responsible for paying any damages to the watercrafts that are beyond the normal wear and tear.

7. It is the lessee responsibility to ensure that all boating laws are adhered to, and that the craft is operated in a safe manner.

8. Operator of the craft must familiarize themselves with the numerous hazards on and lake.

9. If late for a reservation, please call to hold your watercraft. We reserve the right to try and re-rent any watercraft if the renter is more than 1 hour late. You will be charged for your full rental and no discount will be applied for any down time of your rental due to mechanical failure as we will get a repair person asap your time will be made up or a credit given for your next rental to avoid any negotiations for any rental disputes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
May cancel the reservation for 2 day rentals up to 48hours before the rental time to receive a refund on your deposit. Cottage weekly cancellation must be 30 days to receive a portion if re-rented on your dates of your deposit back.
