Beautiful Cottage onn the calm River below the dam

Bosting $3500 square 4 full baths 5 bedrooms 2 decks, fire pit, grill, dock for tubing and Kyaks. This all located on a private road with a basket ball court You can see the fireworks from the deck and we have alot of room for large familys.

The Mac waterfront Condo is a modern cottage condo, attached to a private residence. It has all the comforts of home including a cozy kitchen fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

The living room features a 20-foot ceiling and windows and deck overlooking the water. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds provide sleeping for 6.

Other features include 2 baths, 3 cable TV's, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a gas grill on the deck, and a 2 stall garage. A Ping Pong Table is located in the garage. All linens and bath towels are provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.
