Rates

We prefer weeks Sat to Sat as follows....

Rental up to June 16th we accept weekends $500 and weeks $595

after June 16th to August 18th is $650

weekends need approval rate is $550

July 4th Holiday weekly add $100

after August 18th $595 week and is $500 weekends

Holidays.. Labor day is $550 and Memorial Day long weekend $550 call for booking, long weekend is 3 nights.
